Wow this week has been crazy!  I have been booked everyday, all day.  So many wonderful things going on in my business right now and I am so glad.  Last weekend some Avon friends of mine put on a seminar on how to expand your leadership business.  Not only did we get the girls that attended all pumped up but it pumped us up as well.  All three of us that put on the class have been out this week growing our team by working with team members and teaching them how to do what we do.  I helped one of my first level girls start a team and a second level girl start her team too.  I am so excited for both of them!

I have also been working at my training center.  I love having a place I can go and "focus" on my business.  Yesterday I worked with my intern Sara and got some paperwork done that needed done.  Today I attended a training workshop my manager did for us.  I learned a TON about how promote my business more online.  I can't wait to start seeing results from that.  Well I have homework to do but I will update soon.  Have a great Avon day!

I am so excited to get my blog up and running.  I have so much I would like to share with my customers, team members and friends.  I want to start by saying that I LOVE what I do.  I have been in Avon over 9 years and I am passionate about the company, the earnings oppertuntiy and the products.
